Hames Sharley’s upgrade of Watertown Brand Outlet Centre seeks to improve activation with the insertion of a multicultural food & beverage laneway and a welcoming redesign of the existing entry plaza. The upgrade sees the facades of the centre unified at last with an iconic palette of oceanic blues and stone greys.⁠

The installation of a new canopy to the upper levels will offer greater protection from the weather without compromising the open-air quality of the CBD mall, allowing shoppers to enjoy the centre in rain or shine.⁠
