The Midland Gate Shopping Centre is a major regional centre located within the strategic city centre of Midland located in the eastern sector of the Perth Metropolitan Area. The redevelopment increases the existing 56,000m² development to approximately 80,000m² and includes the upgrade and remodelling of the centre to include two new discount department stores and provision for a new department store.
As a mixed-use development incorporating cinemas, entertainment and commercial facilities the centre now engages directly with the existing urban fabric of the town centre.
