Henley Surf Life Saving Club is located adjacent to Henley Square and has outstanding views of the ocean and Adelaide coastline. The building comprises three levels. The ground floor contains a large boat store for the surf clubs equipment that opens directly onto the beach providing the club with direct access from the beach to their club rooms. The ground floor also contains a small kiosk, a first aid, change room and toilet facilities.
The first floor contains a meeting/conference room that opens to a large recreational space. The recreational space contains a bar and commercial kitchen that will be used for functions and the serving of meals for the club. Level 1 also contains a large balcony overlooking the beach, Henley Beach Jetty and the Adelaide coastline.
The second floor consists of a gym and office space with a balcony facing the beach for surveillance.
