Hames Sharley was engaged to design, document and deliver a simple retail “box” for Coles and First Choice. Through innovation and careful consideration, the development shares a single loading dock for deliveries and servicing as well as boasting highly visible architectural entry statements facing High Road. These entries, although simple in their appearance and geometry, hide a complex system of structure and services to achieve aesthetically delicate and slender details.960
