Stage 2 will comprise of an additional 25,000 sqm of lettable area which includes a discount department store, supermarket, mini major, speciality shops, medical centre, an outdoor food court and a hardware retail warehouse.

The expansion will triple the size of the existing shopping centre and cater for the growing needs of Ellenbrook’s increasing population.

Hames Sharley is noted as one of the leading retail design firms in Western Australia with a portfolio of work that includes Whitford City, Garden City Booragoon and Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre. It is also currently completing the highly anticipated Century City in Perth and retail centres in Treendale and Carramar.

Construction is expected to begin on site in August 2009.
