Hames Sharley’s designs for the Subiaco Pavilion Markets site in Western Australia featured heavily in the media this month as they were submitted for approval by the City of Subiaco.

Major, mixed use and commercial property developer, Blackburne have led the project which proposes a significant revitalisation of a local cultural icon that has remained dormant since its closure in 2007. The rejuvenated site will feature a mix of commercial, retail, residential and food and beverage offerings.
