Rachel Seal has been promoted to the position of Director of Hames Sharley. Rachel is a highly experienced Urban Designer, Master Planner and Architect and is one the practice’s longest servicing professionals, having been with the company for over 30 years.

During this time, Rachel has worked on strategies for some of Australia’s most iconic town and activity centres bringing together the retail, residential, commercial and public & cultural portfolios to create dynamic and functional places.

Jessika Hames has also been appointed as a Senior Associate of Hames Sharley. This promotion is in recognition of her exceptional achievements and contributions since she joined the company in 2003.

Jess’s extensive experience and exemplary eye for design has seen her successfully complete a range of projects of varying complexity across many of Hames Sharley’s portfolios. Jess also holds an integral role in the practice’s National Design Forum.

Moreover, Hames Sharley are delighted to announce further senior appointments within the organisation. In South Australia, Senior Interior Designer, Louisa Glennon has been promoted to the position of Associate and in Western Australia, Project Leader, Mason Harrison and Senior Architect, Andy Ong have also been made Associates of the practice. Louisa, Mason and Andy have all displayed considerable knowledge, leadership and commitment to Hames Sharley, and we look forward to these attributes continuing to grow and develop with these promotions.
