The Property Council of Western Australia celebrated half a century of advocating for Australia’s biggest industry and employer with its annual gala evening earlier this month, and a Hames Sharley project was among the recipients of an award.

Dexus’ 240 St George’s Terrace Office refurbishment was among over 30 winners on the evening and received the Outstanding Refurbishment - Premium Grade for 2019 award.

240 St Georges Terrace is a premium grade office building at the entrance to the core of Perth’s CBD. A prime asset, this building has strengthened its position as one of the most desirable leasing destinations, both nationally and internationally.
