I am so proud of the level of engagement and involvement with this year’s International Women’s Day across the whole Hames Sharley community. Today we have shown that we are truly striving to #BalanceforBetter

I have seen some fantastic pictures of our teams championing and celebrating the amazing work our female colleagues do, and am excited to share them with you below. I am also very proud of the fact that we are sponsoring the largest group of staff in our history to participate in the Property Council’s 500 Women In Property initiative. Keep a close eye on our social media channels for updates on their experiences throughout this year-long program.

It’s no secret that historically, diversity in our industry is an ongoing challenge. However the future is exciting. Together I know we can build a gender-balanced world. It is particularly important to note that everyone has a part to play - all the time, everywhere.
