Hames Sharley’s Mandurah Forum Project has unveiled the second stage of its $350 million redevelopment in Western Australia this month.
Centre co-owners, Vicinity Centres and ISPT, gathered at the centre to formally open the first major stage, which launched on budget, on schedule and with fully leased tenancies. The stores within the centre include Target, Kmart, Woolworths, Coles and Big W as well as a fresh food market hall and over 60 new speciality stores. In addition, the redevelopment also includes over 1,600 car spaces, park assist technology and new family-friendly facilities.
The extensive transformation of Mandurah Forum will be complete in early 2018 when the centre is set to open the state’s first next-generation David Jones store, a fashion mall, restaurant precinct surrounding a large body of water, and a contemporary dining court with an indoor-outdoor children’s play area.
