Clinipath Osborne Park has recently been completed and is looking great!

Hames Sharley’s role in the project consisted of the refurbishment of an existing warehouse building located in Osborne Park industrial area. The building had been partially refurbished to house offices previously occupied by VDM. The building was partially refurbished but was left incomplete. Part of the incomplete works included a steel framed upper level.

The building now provides laboratory facilities and associated support areas, collection centre, pathologist’s offices, meeting rooms, stores and loading facilities and upper office space to accommodate administration staff. The work also included an upgrade and replacement to existing building fabric including re-roof to saw tooth roofs, elevation upgrades, new entries, landscaping, walkways and parking facilities.

The project was completed successfully within the timeframe and has been handed over to a pleased client. The building is now fully operational.
