Hames Sharley’s Queensland studio opened its doors to the public last weekend when it took part in the Brisbane edition of the Open House event.
Open House is an annual event which raises awareness of the value of good design and has grown to become a worldwide phenomenon that showcases dozens of cities around the globe.
Over 200 architectural enthusiasts visited the studio over the weekend, and our Brisbane team kept them engaged with lots of activities for all ages. These included playing with architectural Lego, ask the architect, colouring a huge the Brisbane cityscape as well as learning a little bit about the rich history of the heritage listed building itself.
