Hames Sharley Managing Director, Caillin Howard and designer Reuben French-Kennedy stepped in front of the camera this month to do what they like to do most – talk about design. With apartments in Adelaide’s Bowden community now selling fast, the developers filmed a Q&A with Caillin and Reuben to promote some of the design philosophies that the Hames Sharley team brought to the project.

The team created designs for the first super lot development in Bowden and the resultant plans have enabled five separate buildings to be cohesively wrapped around a large communal, central courtyard.
