Delivering a World-Class Redevelopment in Forrest Chase
Continuing our strong working relationship with ISPT, Hames Sharley have designed and delivered a high-profile, world-class, inner-city redevelopment that as transformed the Perth CBD. Working closely alongside both ISPT (owners of Forrest Chase), City Central and the City of Perth (owners of Padbury Walk) the design team navigated complex planning issues, building code changes, fluctuating markets and complex construction issues. Hames Sharley was engaged from the early concept phase through to design development and novated to complete the building with builders, Lendlease.

Hames Sharley’s laboratory design improves conditions for phenome researchers
Hames Sharley has designed the Australian National Phenome Centre, located within the research and education precinct of Perth’s Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH). Hames Sharley designed the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research at FSH which was completed in 2013 and were invited to return to the building to reimagine an existing laboratory — to be operated by Murdoch University as home to the Australian National Phenome Centre (ANPC).

Building a better future with the NSF
2019 saw the inception of the Hames Sharley National Sustainability Forum. Comprised of a group of passionate, multi-disciplinary professionals tasked with identifying and developing ongoing initiatives and knowledge on sustainable design and practice. The NSF representatives are based across all six national studios and hold a monthly national forum meeting to gather, create and share knowledge on sustainability - keeping awareness of important issues.
