Woolworths Highgate

The regeneration of this shopping precinct, on Bulwer Street in Highgate, has the intent of transforming the facility into a high-quality and bespoke offering, more in keeping with the local suburban fabric and vastly different from its former ‘big box’ design.

The facility houses a Woolworths, BWS and café, with the addition of an early learning centre to increase business potential. The site has been highly complex and the project required a tight schedule, with any challenges de-risked through early identification and management.
